Delight in the zesty Lemon White Chocolate Chip cookie before getting lost in the nostalgic combination of dreamy marshmallow fluff and velvety peanut butter found in the Fluffernutter Cookie.

This exclusive CookieLab deal is available with any in-store purchase or delivery order from Insomnia Cookies’ 12 NYC locations, while supplies last. Customers should mention “Cookielab” in-store or select the “2 Free Cookies” deal when placing an order for delivery online.

Last month Insomnia Cookies proudly launched CookieLab, a new R&D Department for all things Insomniac Innovation. CookieLab is the newest ground-breaking initiative for the Insomnia Cookies brand – a playground for cookievation, or as the team likes to call it, cookie “research & doughvelopment”.

This test space is staffed with a team of dedicated mad scientists, chocoholics, makers and bakers dreaming up drool-worthy desserts, baking warm, melty-licious menu items, and crafting craveable new cookie releases that can only be found at Insomnia Cookies – a dream kitchen where Insomnia’s cookie geniuses can cookie-fy to their heart’s content. And, in true Insomniac fashion, sleep just isn’t in their vocabulary, so expect non-stop cookie creations released throughout the year keeping customers and their taste buds on a sweet, sweet roller coaster ride of unexpected flavors.

Later this month, Insomniacs can expect two more new cookie releases and the arrival of the Monster’wich on Sunday, July 19^th – just in time for National Ice Cream Day. The Monster’wich takes the Cookie’wich to the next level by mixing a crushed cookie and up to two toppings in ice cream, then sandwiching it in between two warm cookies. The customization options are endless and it will be delivered in Insomnia Cookies’ new custom Cookie’wich Box.
