The company strives every day to be the best restaurant company by taking pride in its products, people and customers. They offer competitive wages, semi-annual reviews for pay increase and they love to promote from within.

What are your goals for growing with Insomnia Cookies? My goal is to work hard and advance with the company. The company is constantly growing and I want to be part of it.  This is something that takes time and commitment and I’m willing to put in whatever it takes.

Store Employees

Shift Leader:

  • 5 day work week including weekend nights
  • Typical shifts: 10 AM - 6 PM or 7 PM - 3 AM
  • Must have prior supervisory experience managing 5-6 employees
  • Proficient in the following areas: ordering, receiving, inventory, customer service, scheduling, safety and sanitation


  • Must have prior customer service and cash handling experience
  • Responsibilities include taking customer orders in store and for delivery
  • Must be able to work late nights and weekends; we close at 3 AM!

Delivery Drivers:

  • Must own reliable car or bike where applicable
  • Must have knowledge of the delivery area you are applying for
  • Typical hours include 6 PM – 3 AM

 Insomnia Cookies Campus Marketing Reps are responsible for spreading the excitement and passion for Insomnia Cookies all around their local communities and colleges. It is there job to seek out fun and relatable partnerships for Insomnia Cookies on campus. That means building relationships with student organizations and planning fun events. Got crazy and exciting ideas?

• Excite students and portray positive image of Insomnia Cookies’ brand on campus
• Become knowledgeable about Insomnia Cookies and our products
• Identify key groups and organizations on campus
• Identify campus holidays, traditions, special days, etc.
• Source appropriate fundraising and charity opportunities
• Build relationships with campus media (TV, radio, newspapers, etc.)
• Reach out to introduce the brand to freshman and new students
• Source on campus and local events, festivals, sporting events, etc.
• Distribute all marketing collateral throughout campus and the local community (flyering dorms, library, common areas, off campus housing, etc.)
• Help out with in store and on campus events
• Assist store in cookie drop offs (one location a week) to local businesses and organizations to help grow our local business
• Menu drop offs all around campus
