New CookieLab Creations and Insomnia's National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day Celebration

We may be nearing the end of summer, but Insomnia Cookies is up for the hottest cookie creation month yet! The unveiling of new flavors on top of celebrating National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day and National S’mores Day – don’t worry, we gasped too.  

For more than 15 years, Insomnia Cookie’s has revolutionized the cookie game, and with the official introduction of Insomnia’s CookieLab, the sky's the limit with innovation. Insomnia is ready to pull back the curtain to their CookieLab Research & Doughvelopment and give Insomniacs around the country a peek at where the magic happens, This test space is staffed with a team of dedicated mad scientists, chocoholics, flavor makers, and risk-taking bakers dreaming up drool-worthy desserts, baking warm, melty-licious menu items, and crafting craveable new cookie releases you can only get at Insomnia Cookies.

But you don’t have to wait to get your hands on the latest CookieLab creations. The Monster’wich has recently been let loose into Insomnia stores for a terrifyingly good treat. The first of its kind and devilishly good, Monster’wich is 2 traditional cookies of choice with 1 scoop of ice cream (any available flavor) and 1 traditional cookie (any available flavor) mixed together in between to make a Monster-style cookie’wich. Up to two toppings can be added for an additional charge. Or the most daring of Insomniacs can take on a Deluxe Monster’wich, using deluxe cookies instead of traditional.

For a limited time only, the Butterscotch Pecan cookie is available for your chewing pleasure. The nostalgic Butterscotch Pecan boasts nutty bits of pecan and sweet butterscotch chips baked into the traditional cookie base. And coming soon in August, Insomniacs can get their hands on CookieLab’s newest flavors Mocha Chip and Blueberry Pancake. Mocha Chip is sure to be a cookie cure-all with the perfect blend of rich chocolate and bold mocha chips on the signature dough base. Now you can skip the drip with Mocha Chip! Blueberry Pancake is your favorite morning classic re-imagined into an absolutely crave-worthy combo of bright blueberries, sweet maple syrup bits, and a buttery, pancake base. Served with a side of breakfast syrup for the ultimate pancake experience.

And, in true Insomniac fashion, sleep just isn’t in their vocabulary, it’s in their DNA. So, expect non-stop cookie creations to be released throughout the year keeping you and your taste buds on a sweet, sweet roller coaster ride of unexpected flavors and unlimited combinations. But as quickly as they arrive, Insomnia’s famous Limited Time flavors will retire to the CookieLab archives, so don’t delay!

·         Every Tuesday in August are “Try-It Tuesdays” featuring a special deal on CookieLab creations for Insomniacs to give new products a taste test

·         To celebrate National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day, from 8/3-8/10 at 3am, Insomnia is extending the celebration all week with a free traditional cookie with any in-store or delivery purchase, including CookieLab limited-time offer cookies!

·         On National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day on 8/4, Cookie Dough Loyalty Members can get $10 off their order of $20 or more with code COOKIEDOUGH

·         On National S’mores Day on August 10^th, you can get add a FREE deluxe s’mores cookie to your cart when you find the promo code via Insomnia’s
