June 19, 2018 – Sin City just got a whole lot sweeter! Insomnia Cookies is now serving Las Vegas, and the campus of UNLV, warm, delicious cookies 24 hours a day as of its opening on Tuesday, June 19th. The new bakery, located at 4480 Paradise Road in Las Vegas, Nevada is the company’s first Nevada location and first 24-hour retail store.
