What are your retail hours/delivery hours?

Our  stores deliver from 4 PM - 3 AM on weekdays and 1 PM - 3 AM on weekends.  Our stores opening times may vary based on season and location.  To find hours of operation for a specific location, click Order Online, enter your address and select the location featured for pickup or delivery. Once you have selected the proper location, the store's hours will be featured in the top left hand corner of our website.


What is the status of my order?

Check the status of your order with our Cookie Tracker. Once you enter your order number, the tracker will show where your order is in the delivery process. If you have difficulty tracking an order, please call us toll free at 877-63-COOKIE (266543).


How long does a delivery normally take?

On average deliveries take 30-45 minutes. You can check the status of your order using our Cookie Tracker or call us at 877-63-COOKIE (266543). Unforeseen circumstances sometimes occur that can affect our delivery times. We will do our best to notify you of any changes or delays. Please call us at any time with questions or concerns.


What is your delivery range?

To find a store in your area, click Order Online and enter your address. A map will appear that displays your address and outlines our delivery range. Unfortunately we do not deliver outside of the specified area, because it affects the service for all of our customers throughout the evening.


Do you have specials, coupons or discounts?

Yes! We offer a Deal of the Week which can be found on our homepage as well as on each store's menu. Sign-up for our e-newsletter or follow us on Facebook and Twitter to be notified of upcoming specials!


Are you hiring?

We are always accepting applications for in-store employees, drivers, and campus/city reps! Stop by your local Insomnia Cookies to fill out an application or apply online! Jobs for stores opening soon may also be posted at www.craigslist.org.


What is the status of my refund?

Refunds take at least 2-3 business days to appear on your account. If you do not receive a refund within this time frame please email us customerservice@insomniacookies.com or call us at 877-63-COOKIE (266543).

My order was cancelled, but you charged me.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Customers are automatically charged when their order is placed. If you order was cancelled, we will issue a refund to your credit card.


Why was my order cancelled?

The tracker says my order was delivered, but I don’t have it?

Do you offer franchises?

We do not currently offer any franchising opportunities at this time, domestically or internationally. 


Can I call my local Insomnia Cookies?

It is not possible to contact our locations directly. Our National Call Center is designed to streamline the process for your convenience! Our Call Center allows our stores to focus on the important things, like getting warm, delicious cookies delivered to your door as quickly as possible! Our Cookie Specialist are available 7 Days a Week, from 9AM to 4:30AM EST to ensure that someone is always available to assist you!


Do all of your products contain wheat/dairy/nuts or other allergens?

Insomnia Cookies is not an allergen free environment. Our products are not recommended for those with severe allergies as they may contain or be prepared in a facility with eggs, milk, wheat, soy and nuts.
