4/8/2016- Insomnia Cookies is moving west with plans to open their first location in Colorado this spring.  The company’s first location in Colorado will be located at 1203 13th Street Suite 2 in Boulder. The bakery which specializes in serving warm, delicious cookies daily from 11 a.m. until 3 a.m. will satisfy thousands of CU Buff students and locals alike.

Insomnia Cookies delivers cookies warm out of the oven and straight to their customer’s door all day starting at noon. Whether you need cookies for a meeting, just a mid-day pick me up or to fulfill a late night craving, Insomnia Cookies will deliver. Popular cookie flavors include Chocolate Chunk, Snickerdoodle, Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup and the S’mores Deluxe. The requisite pint of cold milk can also be added to any order. Insomnia Cookies also serves and delivers cookie cakes and brownies with toppings such as M&M’s, and white chocolate chips; all of which make a great gifts for celebrations large or small.
